I heard about Cody from a Shawn Ryan podcast and really found that I connected with his story. As a first responder, I have experienced some similar trauma and I really loved hearing and re-listening to his triumph over his trauma and the light he has found in his life. I love the apparel from Defy the Norm, and I love the message. I look at my shirts and flag as a message to myself as well as others. I get compliments and stir conversation with random strangers when I am wearing my Defy the Norm swag. You guys are changing the world for the better little by little. Thanks for what you do.

Very comfortable soft material, fits true to size, fits perfectly in the right places like the shoulders and arms.
The designs hold up through washes and have not lost any color.
