For starters I can't thank you enough for your support not only with Defy The Norm but your boldness to share the message as you see fit with others.
There have been a lot of changes in my life.
One of my most valuable changes has been with my faith and connection to what God is to me.
Wait, is this some religious rant?
No, it's not and if you know anything about me, I'm not one for titles, but I am one for growth.
If you have been following along on my personal instagram : @thecodyalford you might have seen my recent trip to Mexico where I did my second round of Ibogaine and 5 MEO DMT which has been truly impactful in my life.
I've struggled a lot in my life, batling things I can't even explain and searching for things I can't see.
After my journey, I realized how much I disliked myself and for the rawness of the email, I've flat out hated myself for decades.
I finally realized how out of alignment I've been due to the disdain I've had for myself with the tons of guilt and shame I've carried with me for years.
That Mexico experience was so transformative for me which has led us to this sharing this message of what's to come.
I've always said that Defy The Norm was a digital representation of a physical transformation and I'll never falter on that.
The way I see life, it's not meant to be perfect, but progressive towards progress.
Progress in my life has meant finding a deeper meaning and my truest authentic self.
What that looks like moving forward with Defy The Norm is even MORE BOLDER messaging and with that the creative designs that go along with that.
For a while now i've been wanting to add more Heavy Metal, Warrior, Spiritual based designs and honestly I was too scared to unleash that side of me.
I was worried about my customer base and didn't want to let you all down by shifting massive gears in that direction.
What i've realized is I've been letting myself down, and I'm not putting up with that any more.
I understand not everyone will like the new designs and that's okay. I've come to terms with that.
I refuse to play small and comfortable in life, and for me, sometimes it just takes time for things to click.
This is my click and my declaration to you and this movement:
The message I received was to be bolder and sometimes to do that, you have to let go of outcomes you can expect for those you can't see.
2025 is the year of the Warrior Spirit.
