I don't ever write reviews
But for Cody and his team I will write one every time. The quality of the shirts and jackets is awesome. Fit like a dream and they don't shrink. The message fits my outlook on life.

No weak sh*t
Some people hang art. You hang a standard. The line behind the brand, on flags, tees and mugs hanging in garages, gyms and shops across the country.

Live it.
Pick a tee, add a flag for the wall and a sticker for the truck. Most kits clear free shipping on their own.
The founder / Cody Alford
15 years in Marine special operations. The hardest fight came home.
After an early medical retirement, Cody went from leading men in combat to fighting anxiety and depression with no map. He started sharing the climb out, raw and unfiltered.
Defy The Norm is what came out of it: a reminder you can wear, built for anyone doing the hard work of becoming who they're supposed to be.

your fire
The fire didn't go out. It went quiet.
You function. You show up. You do the work. But somewhere along the way you stopped feeling it. Cody's self-development program is built to get it back.

Zero weak sh*t.
New favorite shirt
I ordered the shirt for the dope design but the quality and fit were perfection.
No room for excuses
I have the Destroy Your Excuses flag hung above my mantle. I also took a picture of it and keep it as my phone screen saver.
Quality 100. Fit 100. Art 100.
No faults, all wins. Sick clothing. Go ahead and buy as much as you can afford, you won't be disappointed.
They have a return customer
Bought 2 tees. Not only did they arrive fast, the fit is perfect and they're damn comfortable. Add the message Defy the Norm puts out there. Keep defying!
It reminds me every day
I've gone through major life changes recently. The flag hangs at the shop I work at and reminds me every day to keep pushing toward my goal.
