My name is Cody Alford, after 15 yrs as a Marine Special Operator, transitioning from service was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done.
Not only was change hard, I was a slave to my depression, anxiety and the fear of the unknown.
Weakened by lack of self worth and love, I found myself navigating the past few years of my life as a vulnerable vessel to not only experience change but to share it with others.
I then had to ask myself, where do I picture myself next? What's the NEXT step?
What’s a picture perfect life?
I have no clue to be honest.
If you’ve followed me for a while you know I’ve gone through all sorts of transformations.
From military to transitioning civilian life, mental break down, depression, anxiety out the ass, no purpose, no drive, no soul.
In my years of transformation, I found God, self worth, happiness and purpose.
➡️I wanted to quit so many times.
➡️I wanted to disappear without a trace.
➡️I wanted to take no responsibility for my life or those I love.
➡️I wanted to be a selfish little child.

It will take literally everything you got to become who you’re meant to be.
It will take tears, sacrifice, hard work and a zero quit mindset.
