Don't Seek Validation

Don't Seek Validation

When I was confused on who I was when I retired from the military, I used to spend my time in the matrix (social media) looking for validation.

What I learned was I would be so triggered by others who:

👉seemed happier then me

👉who appeared to have their lives together

👉who were actually making an impact in their community and society.

I would follow/unfollow these people. Talk shit I’m my head about how they were turds before and how they’re full of shit.

Through extensive amounts of self reflection and personal development, I realized how sad I actually was inside.

Being triggered by everything is a sign of internal work to be done.
