Man I love these shirts. Got my wife one to make into a cut off. So breathable and make you look good. Tighter on the arms, Lats pop out nice with that beautiful design. I’m 5’11 220lb and Large fits me fitted/ snug. Hope this helps. I ordered different designs in this material on the website. Went with XL for gym shirts.

I’m 5’11 220 lbs .. I should’ve gotten a size XL because of my big legs, but they still fit good otherwise. I use these to ride my road bike and at the gym, solid material! The phone pocket is sick!
